  • Jamie Wilson

    CEO

    Jamie is a proud Autistic woman who was diagnosed with Hypermobile Ehlers Danlos and Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia syndrome in her late 20s after a long diagnostic journey. She identifies as both chronically ill and disabled.

    Jamie founded Deckhand Creative, a boutique web design and development agency specialising in eCommerce clients in 2017. A strong operational manager, and implementation specialist, Jamie’s expertise in the eCommerce space, alongside her personal experience with chronic illness make her a valuable member of the Chronic Hope board.

  • Jami Emerson

    FOUNDER & DIRECTOR

    Jami founded Chronic Hope and Port of Hope in 2019. After recovering from a three-year battle with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS), Jami wanted to do something to help others living with similar illnesses, and Chronic Hope was born.

  • Emma Earley

    DIRECTOR

    Emma is Facilitator & Mentor of Green Light Accelerator at Deep Green Biotech Hub. She is a two-time startup founder, mum to Leo, lives with a chronic condition and is passionate about helping people achieve their potential.

  • Janan Thomas

    DIRECTOR

    Janan is a legally trained commercial manager, who currently heads up the AUSPAC Claims Procurement team at QBE. In this role, he and his team have end-to-end visibility and strategic management of suppliers with addressable spend of ~$AUD850M across the QBE Claims' operations in Australia and NZPACIFIC.

    Janan is a big believer in the importance of personal wellbeing and sees the work Chronic Hope does as vital in this space. With his legal background, MBA training and strong business experience, Janan brings a strategic mindset coupled with insights on risk, commercial drivers and expense management as part of his role on the Board.
