What is Port of Hope?
Port of Hope is our online store featuring products designed with the chronic illness community in mind. Our goal is to create products that help make life more accessible, joyful, and hopeful for chronically ill and disabled people. All proceeds from the sale of our products fund initiatives, resources, and programs.
Our first product
The Hope Bottle
Our founder, Jami Emerson, lived with chronic pain and chronic fatigue for four years and one of the constant problems she faced was how to take her supplements and medications while she was out of the house. For the longest time, she used plastic bags, put her meds in her pocket, or in a pouch in her bag.
She soon realised she wasn't the only person facing this issue and set about creating a product that could provide a solution - and so the Hope Bottle was born!
